Panattoni Park Brighton will sit next to the airport and the A27 dual carriageway and house Panatonni’s delivery operations.

Glencar is working on the scheme with HTC Architects and the project manager KAM Project Consultants

The firm began construction in June and expects to complete the project by May 2024.

Inside the job

The facility will include five industrial and logistics units, ranging from 1,800 to 5,000 sqm.

Glencar will lead the design and build of these units and the associated external works, services, infrastructure and landscaping.

“As Europe’s largest developer of logistics property, Panattoni has an extensive development pipeline, and we are very happy to be working together and to be appointed for the first time on this standout south coast development,” said Eddie McGillycuddy Glencar, CEO.
