The firm was appointed by Danish shipping and logistics company, Maersk, to deliver fit-out works at a site in GLP’s G-Park Doncaster development.

‘Mammoth 602’ is an approximately 56,000 sqm warehouse development.
Glencar will undertake:
- The fit-out of the existing office areas to category A standard.
- Includes: lighting,
- Sprinklers, including works associated,
- Frost protection,
- Fire alarm and small power.
- Warehouse high-level services.
- Minor external works alterations.
Work began in February and is expected to be complete by September 2024.
G-Park is located six miles from the centre of Doncaster, off junction four of the M18, near five major motorways, including M18, M1, A1(M), M180 and M62.
Inside the project
The new warehouse will include:
- Two 50m service yards.
- 20m clear internal height.
- 60 dock levellers.
- 16 large dock levellers.
- 24-level access.
- Four van-level access doors with visibility from the M18.
- Approximately 2,672 sqm of office space in the building.
- 217 HGV parking spaces.
- 372 car park spaces.
