Fox Industrial Services Limited has gone into administration.
Ben Jones and Rajnesh Mittal from specialist business advisory firm FRP have been appointed as joint administrators of the company.
Fox Industrial Services was a Redditch-based construction business, with more than 20 years of history in the sector.
Despite the best efforts of the management team, the financial position of the business had deteriorated in recent times as a result of covid-related delays impacting key contracts and subsequent inflationary pressures that have affected much of the sector.
“All staff departed the company prior to the appointment of the joint administrators, who will now work to bring about an orderly wind-down of the business and maximise the return to its creditors,” said FRP.
The wider Fox Construction Group continues to trade as normal.
