Ian Lawrence Goodhew and Abigail Shearing of London insolvency service, Voscap Limited, have been appointed as the administrators.

Law firm Sills & Betteridge are also understood to be involved.

The Bedfordshire contractor was established in 2006 by managing director Simon Barlow.

Its services include small, single-storey demolitions to large-scale, complex projects to soft-stripping and refurbishment work.

One of its most recent projects was the St Ann’s Hospital site in South Tottenham.

Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023 show turnover of £11.1 million and pre-tax profit of £123,413, both up on the previous financial year.

Rye Demolition and Voscap were approached for comment.
