Richard Kelly has been appointed project director in the North West, having recently held the role of project lead at property consultant Zerum.

He arrives with more than 20 years’ experience working in the public and private sectors, including helping to deliver the £400 million St. Michael’s regeneration in Manchester city centre.

Cate Howe has been appointed senior project manager in the Midlands, arriving from developer Cordia UK with nearly 10 years’ experience delivering new schemes across Birmingham and the Midlands, including the Great Hampton Street regeneration masterplan.

In the South, Muse has appointed Tom Jackson as senior development manager, who joins the London team from Linkcity.

With extensive regeneration and placemaking experience, Jackson supported delivery of the £300 million Tustin Estate regeneration, which includes 700 homes in Southwark.

Phil Mayall, MD at Muse, said: “We’re delighted to welcome a trio of senior professionals to three of our regional teams. Richard, Cate, and Tom have over 50 years’ of experience between them and will add real value to our business.

“By having experienced teams embedded across the country, we’re able to work together with our local partners to make a significant and positive impact and create genuine social value by delivering our exciting pipeline of new places.”
