Offsite specialist Go Modular Technologies UK Limited has filed a notice of its intention to appoint an administrator.
The modular building manufacturer appears to have lodged an application with the Companies Court just before the bank holiday weekend (3 May).
London law firm SBP Law appear to be listed as ‘representatives’ of the business in the matter, documents show.
Go Modular specialises in manufacturing and installing modular flats and apartments in London and the surrounding areas, which are built off-site in its factory in Southampton.
This latest application appears to follow several winding-up petitions filed in recent years, documents also appear to show.
Go Modular and SBP Law were approached for comment.
