Pennyfarthing and VIVID to build 106 homes in New Forest

Pennyfarthing Homes has partnered with VIVID to build 106 affordable homes within its development in Fordingbridge, Hampshire.

VIVID will take on a mixed-tenure development that includes market housing, shared ownership, and affordable rent options.

The scheme will feature a mix of one:

  • One and two-bedroom apartments
  • Three and four-bedroom houses
  • Two and three-bedroom bungalows

Each property will have allocated parking, with larger homes featuring a garage or carport. Every house or bungalow will include a private rear garden.

The development spans nearly seven acres of land. Construction will begin in November, with groundworks starting in June.
