New infrastructure director at Geobear

Ground and structural engineering services provider Geobear has announced the appointment of a new director of its infrastructure division.

Paul Garthwaite joins the business from Arcadis where he worked for nearly 12 years in infrastructure lead and technical director roles. 

Before that, he spent two years at Amey where he worked as principal engineering manager.  

He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. 

Geobear said Garthwaite’s expertise and extensive experience leading teams across major infrastructure disciplines will be instrumental in advancing its business strategy and enhancing client relationships.  

He will also help to drive growth in key sectors such as rail, highways, aviation, and commercial industries.
