Suppliers have been alerted to a rebooted development framework in the West Midlands valued at £1.3 billion.
The Community Housing Group is seeking contractors, developers and consultants for its Worcestershire and West Midlands Development Framework, which could run for five years (four with an optional one-year extension).
Certain lots under the Construction and Development and Demolition work packages include new build homes as well as commercial and industrial units and can cover the Wyre Forest as well as other areas in England and Wales, too.
The Kidderminster-headquartered provider said it is estimated the delivery period will run until June 2029.

- Construction and Development Work, £3-10 million (value: £75 million)
- Construction and Development Work, £10-25 million (value: £450 million)
- Construction and Development Work, +£25 million (value: £200 million)
- Employers Agent and Cost Consultant, £5 million
- Architect, £4 million
- Principle Designer, £4 million
- Structural and Civil Engineering, £4 million
- Development Manager, £4 million
- Demolition, Removal & Site Preparation, £100 million
- M&E Consultants, £2 million
