Lorcan Mulvey, Michael Yohanis, Mark McCormick, Paul Marlow and Eoin Gormley have all been promoted to the design and build contractor’s senior management team.

They will work alongside other department directors to drive and manage the company’s Business Strategic Plan for the next five years.

The family-owned business, based in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, said the promotions underscored its dedication to investing and nurturing talent from within.

McAleer & Rushe, which also has offices in London, reported secured turnover for FY2024 of £450 million and is targeting more than £500 million in FY2025.

“On behalf of our shareholders Seamus McAleer, founder and chairman and Eamonn Laverty, CEO, together with our main board, we are very pleased to announce these new appointments and we congratulate each one of them,” said Martin Magee, managing director of McAleer & Rushe.

“They will undoubtedly further bolster our senior management team’s professionalism, dedication and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver the exciting projects of our ever-expanding client base.

“Particularly so, with our early engagement in the development cycle through the negotiation of fixed-price design and build contracts and collaborating with our clients through the challenges of the planning process and ultimately achieving commercial viability.”
