The Staffordshire contractor appears to have lodged the application with the Companies Court, which was published last week.

Law firm Squire Patton Boggs appears to be listed as a ‘representative’ of the company.

Alucraft was founded in 1975 and provides façade and envelope solutions, including glazing systems, to the construction industry.

It is part of The Clarison Group’s four brands in the field of building envelope technologies within Ireland and the UK, also including Alucraft Ireland Limited, EAG, and Williaam Cox.

In February last year, Alucraft Systems announced Laing O’Rourke had appointed it to deliver the curtain walling, aluminium rainscreen and composite cladding to the new Everton Stadium, at the time its most “high-profile project”.

Alucraft Systems Limited and Squire Patton Boggs were approached for comment.

Everton Football Club was also approached for comment.
