GRAHAM wins £70m estate renewal contract

Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) has appointed GRAHAM as principal contractor for the first phase of its Lakes Estate Renewal Project in Bletchley.

The two-stage design and build contract, valued at £70 million, was procured through Pagabo’s Major Works Framework.   

With planning approval granted in 2022, the project will overhaul the area built in the 1960s and now in need of renewal. 

Phase A involves construction of 183 new homes and local facilities including a nursery, community hub, and two retail units.

The delivery of social value for MKCC has been vital to this project. We’re really looking forward to seeing GRAHAM deliver that, as part of this flagship project.”
