Wates Group has named its new chief supply chain and quality officer.
Rosie Toogood will join the company next week in her newly created position, following her most recent role as CEO of Legal & General’s Modular Homes business.
Toogood previously held several executive level positions in Rolls Royce’s aerospace business over a 25-year period, spanning manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.
She has also held non-executive director positions at Severfield, and Derwent Housing Association.
Toogood will become part of Wates’ executive committee, reporting to chief executive, Eoghan O’Lionaird.
She said: “I’m delighted to be joining such an innovative and forward-thinking company with such a strong heritage. Good quality is at the heart of what Wates delivers as a business and I look forward to strengthening this strategic focus across the Wates supply chain, to help ensure we deliver the highest quality outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.”
