VINCI Building appoints London and North director

Paul Tumelty has been appointed as regional director to look after VINCI Building’s London and North region.

John Roberts, managing director for the business, said: “The appointment of Paul will strengthen our senior team and business to drive VINCI Building’s pursuit of excellence in the London and surrounding area.” 

Tumelty, who has previously worked at Laing O’Rourke and Balfour Beatty and before that Sir Robert McAlpine, has a wealth of experience within the construction industry including in construction and project management.   

He also studied civil engineering at Oxford Brookes University.  

His knowledge will be invaluable to the operations of the London and North office, said the business. 

VINCI Building’s London and North office, which combines a value of around £80 million, is currently delivering Hellesdon Hospital, Rivers Health Campus, which includes three new state-of-the-art wards and the refurbishment of two existing wards under the Integrated Health Projects joint venture.
