B&F’s Engineering Services division has been appointed to carry out an MEP package at the new Oakley School scheme, via procurement specialist SCAPE.

The £7.8 million project for Warwickshire County Council will see services provided to the new facility for nursery through to secondary age pupils and SEND provision, with space allocated for a future sixth form college block.

There will also be a sports hall, several natural turf pitches and an all-weathers pitch for both educational and community use.

Willmott Dixon and the wider project team have committed to £1.5 million in social value initiatives including work experience, traineeships, education and local job opportunities.

Construction will be completed in Summer 2024.

It follows Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services completing principal contractor works consisting of mechanical and electrical services on a laboratory development in Oxford for Infineum.
