Tilbury Douglas has announced the appointment of Lucy Davies as social value and sustainability director.
With more than 15 years of experience in construction, most recently as head of social value at the business, Davies has extensive knowledge of the sector and industry.
In her new role, she will drive the business’ People, Planet, Performance (PPP) strategy.
To support this, Tilbury Douglas has also appointed Laura Marshall as social value co-ordinator and Lanre Oluborode as sustainability advisor.

Marshall brings with her more than 12 years of social value related experience, and Oluborode has a background as an energy/sustainability consultant, specialising in carbon and energy analysis.
Mark Buckle, technical director at Tilbury Douglas, said: “With a strong background in social value and sustainability, Lucy is well placed to lead our PPP Team and strategy, which aims to provide a joined-up approach for our business and customers to create and record long-lasting sustainable value.”
