McCormack Demolition Limited has announced on its company website it has been placed into administration.
Related business McCormack Site Services (Ireland) Limited has also gone into administration, according to the company notice.
Consultants Tom Keenan and Scott Murray of insolvency service Keenan CF in Belfast were appointed joint administrators of the companies on Tuesday (14 November), it is understood.
The company website appears to have been disabled.
The Newtownabbey-headquartered company published unaudited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 showing McCormack Demolition Limited had net liabilities of £312,498 and capital and reserves totalling £14,098.
“Please note on 14 November 2023 Tom Keenan and Scott Murray of Keenan CF were appointed as joint administrators of the companies,” a notice on the company website reads.
