Hopkins Homes has appointed a new managing director.
Duncan Jackson joins the company from housebuilder CALA Group, replacing interim operating managing director at Terra Firma, Chris Severson.
Terra Firma acquired Hopkins Homes in 2022.
Jackson has more than 25 years’ experience in senior executive roles and will lead the strategic direction of the company.
He said: I am really looking forward to joining the Hopkins Homes team. The business has a great reputation for developing exceptional new homes across East Anglia and I’m keen to bring my experience and perspective to the company having worked with a number of national housebuilders over the years.”
At CALA Group he established the North Home Counties region for the housebuilder, which also operates throughout Scotland, the Midlands and the South East of England.
Prior to that, he held managing director positions at Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey, as well as senior land roles at George Wimpey and Laing Homes.
Severson added: “We are incredibly excited to have Duncan on board as managing director. His track record of delivery at all levels speaks for itself and I know he will be a huge asset to the business as we continue to work towards our overarching goal: building distinctive new homes and communities that people are proud to call home.”
