It marks the second major construction contract Bennett has secured in Cambridgeshire in recent weeks.

The first phase of “Strawberry Fields” is expected to complete in 2024, with the wider development due for completion in 2025.

The wider scheme will include a wellbeing centre with a pool, steam room and sauna, as well as a gym, dance studio, bistro, coffee shop and bar, village hall and a hair and beauty salon.
