Contractors are being sought for a raft of construction works in North East Lincolnshire valued at £50 million.
Equans is seeking partners for a capital works framework in the county spread across four years.
The works, on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council, span repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and new capital projects and extensions to local authority-owned assets, as well as to leisure sites and schools, and is mainly aimed at SMEs.
This encompasses both internal and external construction works to buildings and sites, substructures and superstructures, internal fit-out and finishes, electrical and mechanical, and access systems.
“This framework is being awarded based on 100% quality criteria,” a tender notice reads. “The Authority wants to ensure that it permits the right quality of contractors to deliver projects.”
The period for delivery will run from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2028.
