£740m South East Consortium framework winners

Thirty contractors have been appointed to a £740 million Internal and External Building Works framework led by procurement group South East Consortium (SEC) 

The multi-year framework is for housing, healthcare and education providers ready to deliver various capital works programmes and upgrades. 

Works include major refurbishments, external envelopes, roofing, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, and cyclical decorations.

Works with an annual value of £5 million or more

Works with an annual value between £2 million – £5 million 

Milestone Contracting; TMN Contractors; George Jones & Son (Contractors); United Living; The AD Construction Group (Architectural Decorators); Wiggett Group; Diamond Build; Osborne Property Services; EQUANS Regeneration; Greyline Builders; Breyer Group; VINCI Facilities; Mulalley and Company; Wates Living Space; A & E Elkins. 

Works with an annual value between £750,000 – £2 million

Works with an annual value up to £750,000
