Thirty contractors have been appointed to a £740 million Internal and External Building Works framework led by procurement group South East Consortium (SEC).
The multi-year framework is for housing, healthcare and education providers ready to deliver various capital works programmes and upgrades.
Works include major refurbishments, external envelopes, roofing, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, and cyclical decorations.
