Modular contractor Module-AR Limited (M-AR) has filed a notice of its intention to appoint an administrator.
The off-site construction specialist, based in Hull, filed the application with the Companies court on Monday 16 October.
Brabners law firm also appears in the filing under ‘representatives’.
The company has a manufacturing facility spanning 100,000 sq ft, capable of delivering “up to 700 homes per year”. It also works in the education and commercial sectors.
M-AR recently secured a place on LHC Procurement Group’s Modern Methods of Construction of New Homes (NH3) framework, across three regions.
It was also named on the Crown Commercial Service’s Off-site Construction Solutions (OCS) framework earlier this year.
Accounts for M-AR for the year ended 31 March 2022 show turnover of nearly £30 million, up from £20.1 million in the previous financial year and pre-tax profit of £815,823 (FY2021: £802,054).
Module-AR was approached for comment.
