Directorship shakeup at Galliford Try

Galliford Try has announced another key appointment following recent senior management hires.

Mark Shadrick has been promoted to the role of managing director of Galliford’s Environment division.

Shadrick joined the company with the acquisition of nmcn in 2021 and has since played a pivotal role in growing this business as a member of the senior leadership team.  

He has more than 34 years’ experience in the sector, and will be taking forward the division’s Source to Sea strategy, moving into the AMP8 phase.

Wayne Hickling succeeds Shadrick in the role of MD for Galliford’s Environment, Midlands & West Asset Creation business.  

Kay Denham takes over from Hickling as engineering director as a member of the SLT.
