Tilbury Douglas has strengthened its regional building team in the South with two key appointments.
Dean Lee has been promoted to framework director for the South and Steve Hearn has been appointed as regional director for the South East.
Lee was most recently regional operations director at Tilbury Douglas and played a pivotal role in securing a place on the Southern Construction Framework (SCF).
He previously held senior roles at Balfour Beatty, Kier, Murphy, and Morgan Sindall.
Hearn has nearly 25 years of experience, particularly in building, fit-out, refurbishment and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in London and the South East.
He previously held senior roles at Mid Group (CEO), Laing O’Rourke, and Legal & General Modular Homes.
Richard Boeg, managing director – building South, said: “With extensive knowledge, having been with Tilbury Douglas for several years, it is great to see Dean promoted to the role of framework director – becoming our strategic operational lead for the SCF and other regional frameworks in the South.
“We also welcome Steve to the business, bringing with him a strong background in leading operational and commercial teams. I am confident that he will continue to develop and grow the region.”
