£4bn frameworks bidding window extended

EN:Procure has extended the bidding window for two frameworks valued at nearly £4 billion.

The social housing procurement specialist said the extension was to “give as many organisations as possible the chance to be selected”.  

Framework 1: Installation and Repairs  

The latest iteration of the framework, valued at £3.2 billion, is made up of 37 lots available for social housing projects across Yorkshire and the Humber, the East Midlands and the North West, covering:  

  • Electrical 
  • Heating 
  • Roofing 
  • Brickwork 

The deadline to tender is now 29 September.

Framework 2: New Build  

The latest ‘Gen-4’ version of the framework, valued at £700 million, covers all aspects of new build housing, including design, site preparation and remediation, civil engineering and infrastructure works, new build construction and refurbishment.
