The property developer will take up the three top floors of The Isaacs Building, located on Charles Street in the city centre.

ADT Workplace worked with the firm, and design specialist Incognito, on the plan, and will deliver the fit-out over the coming months.

Henry Boot will relocate to the new building later this year, including its Sheffield team, partners and primary operations.

Full scope

ADT will fit out around 1,200 sqm of the top three floors of the seven-storey building.

Moving to this location will support Henry Boot’s regional growth plans and further the company’s 2030 net zero carbon commitments.

Achieving a BREEAM ‘very good’ rating, the building is connected to Sheffield’s District Energy Network, providing it with sustainable energy.

Regarding the move, Tim Roberts, CEO of Henry Boot, said: “After 90 years at Banner Cross Hall, this move is a significant one, and we consider it to be of incredible importance for our new Head Office in Sheffield to feel like a new and ambitious step forward, providing us with a new environment that encourages greater collaboration and cohesiveness across Henry Boot’s diverse network of teams.
