These schemes include building and safety, energy efficiency, reactive repairs and empty buildings, and material supply and associate services.
Its improvement works framework, involving the installation of kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, and electrical works, is expected to complete on 4 December 2023.
On the recent supplier appointments, Peter Francis, executive director of operations at Fusion21, said: “Having responded to member and supply chain feedback, we have created a commercially efficient framework solution that will support the delivery of regeneration programmes, modernisation and upgrade works as well as the expansion of public sector estates.”
