CEO Steve Mole will continue to lead the business, now renamed CPC Project Services Limited, alongside the current board of partners who will manage the day-to-day operations and business interests of the company.

CPC is a company of quantity surveyors and project managers, with various locations nationwide including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Oxford, Glasgow, and Dublin in Ireland.

The EOT will be governed by a board of trustees, responsible for ensuring the success of the Trust for the benefit of the employees.

The transfer follows a nearly 18-month business review by the shareholders, who said the change is in the best interests of clients, providing continuity of services and longevity of CPC’s business and brand, as well as its growth plans.

“I am thrilled to be able to announce CPC’s transition to an Employee Ownership Trust,” said Mole. “We’ve been working for many months to ensure that this change in business structure is in the best interests of our employees and clients, as well cementing CPC’s long-term strategic commitment to remain an independent and agile project and cost management consultancy.”
