Glencar Construction has strengthened its leadership team with a fresh internal promotion.
Stuart Cowan has been appointed operations director at the Hertfordshire-headquartered firm, where he has worked for almost six years.
While at the business, Cowan also held the role of senior construction manager, senior project manager, and most recently, operations manager.
Prior to joining Glencar, he worked as a site manager at Buckingham Group for four-and-a-half years.
In his new role, the former construction engineering graduate will be responsible for work winning, project planning and coordination, design, oversight of live projects, quality, and health and safety.
Posting support on social media, Glencar Construction Midlands and North MD, Peter Goodman, wrote: “You have earned the title and responsibilities and it’s one I’ve no doubt you will take in your stride. You have a great future ahead of you, well done buddy.”
