Suppliers have been alerted to a new construction and maintenance contract for a major airport, valued at up to £10 million.

London Luton Airport is seeking contractors for its Civils Works and Maintenance Framework, which is scheduled to run for five years.
The announcement follows the airport being approved for a revised extension of the site in October last year, following a public inquiry.
It is understood the wider scheme could cost in the region of £2.4 billion.

The framework is broken down into two Lots as follows:
- Lot One: Site maintenance of the entire LLAO estate (airside, landside and car parks)
- Lot Two: Small civils works projects across the LLAO estate (airside, landside and car parks)
The schedule for delivery is currently estimated to be between 1 November 2024 and 31 October 2029.
