The deadline to apply for a refurbishment contract for a college in South London is looming.
Croydon College is seeking to appoint a main contractor to carry out internal refurbishment works on site, valued at £420,000.
The contract is expected to span three months, between May and August this year.
The college ideally needs the services of a contractor with a history of delivering construction projects within the education sector, it said.
The deadline for tender submissions is 5pm on 20 May.

“Providers wishing to apply for this opportunity must have a proven successful track record of delivering successful construction projects and have experience of working in an educational institution [and] have the capacity to deliver 100 per cent of the total contract volume tendered. The college will not consider any tenderers that fail to meet any of the criteria above,” said the college.
