Investment giant buys Bristol M&E specialist

RDCP Infrastructure has acquired mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering firm, Avon Combined Electrical Services (ACES).

Civil engineering company, RDCP is part of investment firm RDCP Group, which controls £370 million of investments in the UK. 

RDCP took a 90% stake in ACES (Bristol), with additional funding from SME Capital. 

ACES 

  • 30-year business 
  • £15 million turnover  
  • £1.5 million in EBITDA 
  • Clients: Galliford Try, MoD, NHS 

ACES managing director, Stephen Sage will continue in his role alongside RDCP chief executive, Gareth Dillon.
