Nicola Coppen. A Charlton Athletic fan. And the first Charlton fan I’ve met since moving to London in 2017. I really need to get out of West London more often!
Enough football talk for today.
Nicola is an infrastructure coordinator at Westminster City Council. The first to be placed for the GLA & Mayor of London scheme. With vast project management experience, Nicola has helped firms such as UK Power Networks, Freedom Group (an NG Bailey Group company), and her own consultancy, Diligence.
In 2017, Nicola founded Roles4Goals, with one clear aim:
Ensuring there is an answer to the shortage of labour across the construction sector.
Roles4Goals focuses on career awareness, community cohesion and building sustainable, local, economies. And similar to Steve Kerslake (mentioned in our previous newsletter), Nicola uses sport as the vehicle to execute her mission.
Nicola is a fantastic connector. And her work hasn’t gone unnoticed. She recently became a member of the Worshipful Company of Constructors having been invited to join the livery for her experience in Construction and positive promotion of the industry.
