Sovereign Network Group chose Vistry’s Countryside Partnerships business as the main contractor for its Merrick Place scheme in Southall.
The FTSE 250 company agreed two development deals with Homes England to deliver 1,000 homes in Birmingham and Northamptonshire.
The group has entered into separate agreements with two regional housing providers covering Arundel and Newmarket.
John Fitzgerald, who led the London developer for 20 years, will join the company as interim MD for the South London region on 8 April.
The news follows Vistry signing a major deal to deliver 5,000 new homes over a five-year period with Sigma Capital Group’s BTR brand, Simple Life Homes.
It follows the FTSE 250 company merging its Housebuilding and Partnerships operations.
It concludes negotiations with subcontractors started in October last year for 10 per cent reductions on packages.
Great Haddon Wood, Vistry’s part of the 5,350-home development, includes a school, playing fields, local centre and community building.
