Imtech, jointly owned by EDF Energy and Dalkia, first announced the buy in October 2022.
The move supports Dalkia’s 2026 Strategy to ramp-up its UK operations and EDF’s pledge to make more UK firms sustainable and net zero.
It also adds 1,800 new employees to Imtech.

SPIE UK 2021 turnover: £200 million.
