Terwa Construction expands into UK concrete market

Global precast specialist, Terwa Construction Group, has acquired UK manufacturing company, Invisible Connections Limited, for an undisclosed sum.

Terwa is an international producer and supplier of all kinds of precast, construction and fixing related products and solutions and has been in business for nearly 30 years.  

It has offices in Shanghai (China), India, Poland, Romania, and The Netherlands. 

Oxfordshire-headquartered Invisible Connections supplies the concrete construction industry with ‘unseen’ telescopic connection systems for precast stairs and landings, beams and columns.  

It is also a specialist manufacturer of reinforcement continuity systems, to application requirements, and is the UK partner of Norwegian company, Invisible Connections AS. 

The acquisition will strengthen Terwa’s presence in the UK and Ireland concrete construction industry.  

Terwa CEO, Edwin Scheeve, said: “The addition of Invisible Connections to the Terwa family aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
