Ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in event sponsorship, or digital ad sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPI targets.
- A self-starter who is comfortable making outbound calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious nature and can-do attitude
- Demonstrable interest and understanding of the industry
- An ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through both event and digital advertising sponsorships.
- If KPIs are met, you will lead and build out your own business development team.
- Discover new avenues for growth with both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams and client to drive project execution.
- Utilise various platforms to grow and maintain your professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record
- Ambitious, financially driven, and passionate about the built environment
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with senior executives
- Ability to build a sales pipeline and report to management
- Experience with sales software (e.g., Hubspot)
Desirable:
- Understanding of B2B media and conference models
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, utilities, financial services.
