The urban regeneration specialist is partnering with life sciences developer and operator, Lateral, to deliver the Camley Street project.
Subject to consent, the first phase will be delivered by 2031. The whole development has an anticipated completion date of 2036.
Construction is expected to commence spring 2026, with completion anticipated for late 2029.
