R Collard Limited has reported “another successful year” of trading, thanks to a strong performance by the group’s contracting division which helped to boost overall revenue by 7 per cent.

Despite a challenging economic climate last year, which saw gross profit decrease to 16.4 per cent from 19 per cent the year prior, group revenue rose to more than £42.6 million, compared to £40.5 million the year before, largely due to R Collard’s contracting division.
“The directors are pleased to report on another successful year,” a financial statement reads.
“During the year, the company demonstrated a strong performance, with turnover of just under £43 million.
“The biggest contributor to the increase was 7 per cent growth in contracting revenue at £16.7 million, compared to £15.6 million in 2023.”
R Collard, headquartered in Hook, Hampshire, comprises multiple divisions and operations, spread across the UK, including demolition and enabling works, two ready-mixed concrete sites, as well as aggregates, and a scrap metal operation in Wokingham.
