Kier Property has announced the appointment of Alexandra Conway as managing director of its residential private sector division.

Conway, who has been with Kier since 2018, initially worked in the now-sold Kier Living business, before moving to Kier Property in 2019.
As a development manager, she played a role in establishing and leading strategic residential joint ventures, including with HGP and Vistry.
With experience in structuring and delivering complex housing and mixed-use projects, Conway has contributed significantly to the profitability and growth of Kier Property through its public sector joint ventures.
In her new role, she will take on similar responsibilities for the private sector residential division.
Leigh Thomas, group managing director at Kier Property, said: “Her leadership in structuring and delivering complex joint ventures has been instrumental in strengthening our divisional position and I am confident she will continue to build on this success in her new role.”
Conway added: “ I’m excited to work alongside my fellow board members to drive the business forward in our key markets, delivering sustainable growth and strengthening our regional impact by creating places where people are proud to live.”
Kier Property currently has a £3 billion in gross development value (GDV) opportunity pipeline, focusing on regeneration projects that deliver housing, job creation, and inward investment into underdeveloped areas.
