Keltbray has appointed Karl Goose, a former Ferrovial executive, as its new CEO, succeeding Vince Corrigan, who will retire after a decade at the helm as the engineering and construction company expands into new growth areas.

Goose, who spent 18 years at Ferrovial, most recently as the construction division’s managing director, brings a wealth of experience from roles at Amey and Balfour Beatty, with a proven track record of leading major projects like Heathrow’s Terminal 2 and Tideway.
He will start in December, leading the company through its “transition period” as it focuses on specialised asbestos removal within highly regulated markets and on complex projects.
Despite recent financial setbacks, including a £13.8 million loss for the year ending October 2024, Keltbray remains focused on long-term growth, with Goose’s appointment marking a key step in its plan to navigate challenges and pursue long-term success.
Corrigan, who has been Keltbray’s CEO since last year and at the firm since 2015, meanwhile will be moving towards retirement when he steps down in November.
The firm said: “We are delighted to welcome Karl Goose as Keltbray’s new CEO, effective December 2025. Karl joins us from Ferrovial, bringing over 25 years of industry experience along with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
“We are confident that, under his leadership, Keltbray will continue to thrive and build upon its success.
“We thank Vince for his many contributions and wish him every success in the next chapter of his life.”
