The collaboration, which started last season, saw Kilhan’s logo displayed on the development squad shirts during the football team’s memorable Premier League Cup victory against Brentford in May.

It was a milestone that harked back to QPR’s rich history of nurturing young talent, with the club’s academy being a key part of its tradition for producing future stars.

From legendary players like Les Ferdinand and Rio Ferdinand to current stars, QPR continues its commitment to bringing through the next generation of football talent.

Founded in 1982, Kilhan Construction, which specialises in groundworks, reinforced concrete frames, demolition and enabling works, is headquartered just five miles from QPR’s Loftus Road Stadium.

Both the company and the club share a deep sense of tradition and local pride, QPR, established in 1882, has long been a staple in West London, while Kilhan continues to serve the community with its construction projects.

Kilhan’s managing director, Michael Kilcoyne said the partnership was a perfect fit.

At Kilhan, we’re rooted in community, and there’s no better reflection of that than investing in the next generation,” he said.

It’s an honour to continue this partnership with a club that shares our values, and we look forward to seeing the Kilhan logo worn with pride once again.”

QPR’s business development manager, Neil Sayer, reflected on the significance of the collaboration: “Seeing them on the front of shirt when we lifted the cup was a special moment and hopefully there are more moments like that to come.”
