Civil engineering specialist, GRAHAM has appointed a new director to help accelerate their growth across the commercial office sector.

Peter Allan, who has more than 25 years of experience in the fit-out industry, joins the Northern Ireland-headquartered firm’s interior fit-out division as workplace director where he will help strengthen the firm’s position in the commercial sector.
Prior to joining GRAHAM, he worked for Ivegate Limited, a building services specialist focusing on design and build solutions, where he was an interior fit-out director.
Before that, Allan was a project director at collapsed construction, fit out, and engineering firm ISG.

Graham’s most recent filed accounts for John Graham Holdings, made up to 31 March 2024, saw the company surpass the £1 billion turnover milestone for the second consecutive year, with revenue increasing to £1.1 billion (FY2023: £1 billion). Pre-tax profit was £14.7 million (FY2023: £15.1 million), and the company maintained a robust balance sheet with £150.8 million in cash (FY2023: £177.1 million).
