The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has issued a procurement schedule for its forthcoming Construction Works and Associated Services 3 framework, spanning eight years, from July 2026 through to July 2034.

The framework will make traditional construction and MMC services available to government departments and UK public sector bodies, including Specialist Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, across the following sectors:

  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • Infrastructure
  • Local Communities & Housing

The framework, whose first iteration was launched in 2019, will be detailed in a formal tender notice, due for publication in January next year.

All CCS suppliers need to complete Management Information submissions monthly for any agreements they are listed on as a supplier.

The Crown Commercial Service acts as a central procurement body for the public sector, on behalf of Whitehall.
