United Living Group has appointed a new CEO of its Property Services business.

Claire Kershaw joins with more than 20 years’ experience in the social housing sector, covering property maintenance, refurbishment, and regeneration.
She has held leadership roles at Mitie, Willmott Dixon, and Kier where she led business strategy and delivered operational, customer experience, work winning and procurement improvement programmes.
Vlad Nedelcu has been promoted to the role of chief operating officer (COO) of United Living Property Services, having helped grow the group’s PiLON business since its acquisition last year.
Both Kershaw and Nedelcu are members of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHM) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
