Winners of Wessex Water £65m civils framework

Wessex Water has named the suppliers appointed to its five-year Civils Support Framework Agreement, valued at £65 million.

The 43 contractors will provide additional support to the water company’s divisional engineering teams, across five Lots, spanning the north, south and west sub-regions of its operational area.  

Scope of works include, but are not limited to, groundworks and general civils works, mainlaying, sliplining, open-cut connections, deep excavations, service replacement and repairs, sewer collapses, maintenance of potable and waste-water infrastructure, rising main repairs, and reservoirs. 

“The framework agreement may be extended for a further period of up to three years following the initial five-year term,” a contract award notice reads.
