Built environment consultant Hollis has appointed a new regional managing director for Europe.

Paula Gonzalez will join the management team from 1 July to lead European operations, overseeing performance, client delivery and business development across key markets.
Gonzalez brings more than 15 years’ experience in real estate and construction including portfolio, programme and project management across EMEA.
Prior to joining Hollis, she held leadership roles at real estate advisory firm JLL and private equity group Gloval Real Estate, where she advised a range of investors and global corporates on capital programmes, asset optimisation and ESG.
She is a chartered project management professional (MRICS), a registered architect (RIBA, ARB) and has expertise across sectors including office, retail, mixed-use and logistics.
Gonzalez said: “I’m delighted to be joining Hollis at such a dynamic time for the business.
“There is a huge opportunity to grow our presence in Europe by building strong teams, deepening client relationships and harnessing the firm’s entrepreneurial culture.
