Henry Boot has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director.

Earl Sibley has extensive leadership experience in the UK housebuilding sector and spent the last 10 years with Vistry Group as chief financial officer, interim chief executive and most recently chief operating officer.
Before that he held roles with Barratt Developments and Ernst & Young.
In addition to his housebuilding and strategic land capabilities, Sibley brings experience in strategic transformation, change management and M&A activity.
As a director of Vistry between 2015 and 2024, he has knowledge of the listed environment and chaired the Sustainability Committee and People Forum.
Sibley will become a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Responsible Business Committee at Henry Boot from 1 April 2025.
Peter Mawson will step down as a member of the Remuneration Committee on the same date.

“His depth of leadership expertise, and his detailed understanding of both residential development and strategic land, will be invaluable.
“This is particularly so given our recent announcement regarding the group’s acquisition of the remaining 50 per cent of Stonebridge Homes, which is a key pillar of our business strategy for the future.”
Henry Boot is one of the UK’s biggest land, property development, home building and construction businesses which comprises Hallam Land, HBD, Stonebridge, Henry Boot Construction, Banner Plant and Road Link.
