Construction firms have been alerted to a major building and refurbishment framework covering the South of England, worth up to £750 million.

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is tendering for its New Builds Contractor Framework, spanning four years, to April 2029, with a possible two-year extension.
Construction companies are sought for a series of new developments and major refurbishment schemes across London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex, with value bands as follows:
Lot 1 – London and East Region – works up to £15 million
Lot 2 – London and East Region – works between £15 million to £45 million
Lot 3 – London and East Region – works more than £45 million
Lot 4 – London and East Region – Construction Management Services
Lot 5 – South Region – works up to £15 million
Lot 6 – South Region – works between £15 million to £45 million
Lot 7 – South Region – works more than £45 million
Lot 8 – South Region – Construction Management Services
Lot 9 – West Region – works up to £15 million
Lot 10 – West Region – works between £15 million to £45 million
Lot 11 – West Region – works more than £45 million
Lot 12 – West Region – Construction Management Services
Scope of works under the Principal Contractor Services and Construction Management Services framework include demolition, site preparation and clearance, as well as houses, flats and multi-dwelling buildings construction works.
“Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline, land availability and the unknown volume of other social housing providers using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the frame work in the notice […] is not an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably,” said Sovereign.
