Wokingham Borough Council is seeking market engagement for the formation of a construction works framework, worth up to £850 million.
The council has put a pre-procurement notice for the framework, which will be for provision of a variety of construction works in lots which will run for up to four years.
The council wishes to invite organisations to comment on the proposed nature of the work, the lots created and the value of the lots to be tendered.
Lot Division
- Construction works from £180k-£1.5 million
- Construction works £1.5-3.5 million
- Construction works £3.5-10 million
- Roofing works up to £180,000
- Electrical works
- Mechanical works including sprinklers
- Carbon enhancement – renewable technology
- Asbestos removal
- Lift installations
- Modular / MMC buildings up to a value of £950,000
